NYC Contractors Allegedly Defrauded Carpenters Union

Two contractors have been indicted for participating in an 11-year scheme to defraud the carpenters union benefit funds by using non-union labor, paying union carpenters off the books and bribing shop stewards and an employee of the union benefit funds to assist in the fraud!
